i have a 04 chevy dmax with ppe hot+2 75 horsepower injectors banks cold air intake ppe turbo mod 5 in straight pipe ppe fuel pump blow off valve 35 in tires on 22s

btw, its programmer or tuner.... "chip" died with the powerstroke :D

ppe has told me different but i figured i would at least be pushing 750 i got the stage 5 tranny with a billet torque converter when i had all of those mods with a banks six gun i was pushing 425 on the dyno
what would be the best way to go to push at least 900

Perhaps you could be voted in as PPE Spokesperson. Not doggin on you at all. The best advice is to just chill on doing the addition thing of what the Ford and Dodge guys do: add up all of the advertised "horsepower mods" and get realistic.

Do you want 750 to 1000 HP? There's a lot of difference there. Which do you want? Whichever it is, plan on a short block build. This means at least connecting rods and probably pistons and a cam. To support the cam, new valve springs. To support all of that, a little machine work. When ALL of that is done youre looking at some coin.

To be honest, yes PPE can support 1000hp with PPE stuff alone, but if you are going that way (which doesn't make sense) you have to figure in ALL of the support. You can't win a battle fighting with m-16s alone. Good luck to your endeavor.

oh man brah you should be good for att leest 1200 rwhp. you gotta think hot unlock 2 =425 hp+75 hp injectors+60 hp from banks cold air+100 from ppe turbo mod+50 from 5 inch exhaust could be more depending on tip size+100 from the fuel pump+50 for the blowjob valve. and that equals 860 hp not including the hp of a stock duramax! dude your set to rip up the dyno.

yes indeed, if i knew more about the op's truck and appearance. i could definetly help him get more accurate numbers. im just doing a low estimate. so he knows what to expect.

... Listen here mait, your prob at around 525 hp maybe even a little less. Go run your truck at the track. You should be In the 12's. You're pretty much maxing what youhave right now. Yu need a bigger turbo then another injection pump then after those 2 are In you will need a built motor. To be realistic you prob just want a 700hp monster. Anything more is to unreliable. Since your new and apperently still being lied to , take a week off of whatever you do and read your brain out.... And you have a lb7 so I feel sorry for you

Oh brother.....maybe 525, but nowhere in the same area code as 1000hp. You havent even begun to spend the money necessary to get there. You're about $10K short.

Build the motor, then twin or triple turbos, dual cp3s, and larger injectors than you have, THEN you'll be somewhere close.

If PPE is telling people they will be at 1000rwhp with these mods shame on them.Like Joe (Teabagger) said read your ass off.Check out some of the signatures with horsepower ratings and see what mods they have to reach that.Alot of guys post dyno results in there sigs also.1 more thing claimed horsepower from mods such as a cai gives you 15 to 20 horse and exhaust gives you 40 horse this turbo will give you 250 horse,you can throw rite out the window use it as guide lines but dont take it to heart because the dyno will shoot that down everytime.Try a thread that says "What kind of a recipe do i need to make 1000 hp" and the guys will let you know,otherwise 700 is a great goal and you should be able to get there with stock rods and a good tuner.

I remember when I dyno'd my edge juice with attitude and made 900hp with intake and exhaust. PPE makes a much better CHIP so 1K hp seems realistic
