Sounds like you might have a bad regulator

Just sent a brand new pump to Danville. Do they mode the regulators? Lbz. This is at idle knocking and smoking bad!

Not sure but it's sounds like regulator if it's smoking and knocking bad at idle

Whats your commanded an actual rail pressure at idle?

My rail gauge went over 25k knock way to hard to leave it running.

Its the reg I'd bet. Hopefully it just isn't plugged in right. They default to full open when not powered

Possible electrical? Batteries are running down so connected a charger and sparked when connected? Anyone run into prob like this?

What was the issue?

New moded pump and B1015 needed to be adjusted. Now need to figure out how to smooth the regulator as psi increases. Same table?
