Changed filter.

Airdog 150 is coming for 'christmas'

PPE Shim kit came already.

On my way home tonight i wasn't on it too hard, gave it 1/3 throttle up a hill and then turned. Upon resuming acceleration the truck started jerking when i'd give it gas and if i gave it full throttle it had nothing. It actually was slowing down like i wasn't on the throttle at all.

Does that mean that the rail was just comletely drained?

It would go ok if i gave it less than 1/4 throttle, at 1/2 it began the jerking, and at full it did nothing. Kinda like a bog sound.

I know its not JUST the tune im running, since its done this with other tuning as well.

1)Any ideas as to the problem?

2)Any ideas how to get the FPRV off for my shim install?

Ok, the AirDog 150 is installed and the truck is still doing this, just the same as it did before.

How do i make a log of the activity to post up here?
Any log making FAQ's or how to's? I dont know how to make a log.

I hope youv'e found the problem already, but if not... it sounds like something got stuck in the fuel line some where. You may need to take it loose at the tank junction and at the motor and blow some compressed air through to get it unclogged (from the motor side to the tank). It's also possible you have a slight air leak. If it happened after the lift pump install, then it's probably before the lift pump. However this behavior is usually accompanied with some white smoke (from my experiences). You can take the line loose in the motor area and add a section to run into a bucket to see if it's flowing ok first.

have you tried reading the inj. pressures through the PPE programmer while you're driving?

the act and des pressures should be the same.

sounds like P1093 to me. race valve, lift pump like you said, fuel filter, and If it still does it you might as well take the whole truck apart build the motor and the trans and get a big fat efi live tune, and then hunt down pat...:D
