You guys think I would see any performance gains from a fuel sump or similar? I'm well over 600 with Danville 65, sportsman cp3, 45% Injectors and an Airdog 165...

I don't think you'd see any performance gains. I didn't see any at 800+ when I swapped from stock pickup to sump on my old truck.
Ive made quite a bit of power on the stock pickups. I dont think you would see any performance gain.
There isn't a major gain until you start talking big HP numbers where the OEM pickup because restrictive. With that said, I personally prefer a sump as it makes installation easier by routing the suction line to the lift pump from the sump and returning the fuel to the OEM pickup. My thought on this is that it removes any possible restriction on the suction side AND removes any possible restriction on the filler neck (included return adapter) since I love using the fast big truck nozzle. A sump also will eliminate any of the 1/4 tank issues if you're having them.
nope. being you have the 165 that utilizes the factory connections, you really dont gain much other than a big hole in your tank. you need well over 1000hp before the stock pickup becomes too restrictive .
Thanks, I did some research and was seeing where people were saying over 600 you needed one. Didn't feel like I was having issues but wanted to make sure
