My DiC is quite a bit lower than actual. It even shows more gallons consumed and I can physically put in the aux tank.

Yes, the DIC adjustment table maxes out easily. You can somewhat compensate for this by artificially inflating the part throttle fuel. Or just understand the limitation. Mine matches great if I never go over 2/3 throttle. Any time I go over that, my DIC becomes more optimistic, so I just ignore it. But for long trips, it is pretty close.
