yes, its always been an 'option' on the dmax's, but very rare to see one without it. Ive only seen a couple dmax's (01-09) that didnt have it.

yes that was the "package" but you also get everying out side the package as well..

thus the rare open dif

Yeah...I forgot to add that.

Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the G80 less prominent in zf6 trucks? At least I would think so by the way the option list was worded...iirc there was one setup, combination of trans and gearing, that did not offer the g80.

Ben is correct. It was an option for those that ordered trucks. My 02 option list is sort. LB7 Dmax, G80, PYO, SL upgraded to cloth seats, and a crewcab longbed. No power anything, rubber floors, no cruise control

If anybody needs a good G80 let me know. I got one hogging up space.

Mine has a mind of its own. It loves to let one tire fry. Then the next day you will go to make a turn and it is locked and wont unlock so you spend the rest of the day chirping a tire around turns.

This could explain much of your 60' problem. Now we can really see what your rear setup can do.

ya it should really help, i dint think a 1.76 was all that bad after finding out it had a open diff  and with the front end coming up so hard . i will be at the track again on the 17th with some #'s . wish i had a better track for testing though :( even guys like "idahorob" have a tuff time at my track , people say the prep sucks but i have only ran there... and pheonix one event so its really all i know. so if i can sixty well there it should really say something . and will be at a few other tracks this year for a comparision .
