He didnt build the converter, though he should have pulled it and checked it out.

How do you check a TC when it's pulled?

Send it off have it cut open check out everything else there is obviously a problem in the trans. Im not bashing trent all my dealings went smooth with him and like the guy but I do feel he didnt do the guy justice based off what I see but I dont know trents side either

That's right, you don't check it yourself. You ship it to the manufacturer and they cut it apart. In other words they re-do it.
