You could try some additive first to see if it smooths the idle out. If it does, you can get by for a while like that. In the end, though, you probably will replace the FPR.

I have tried that and it helped a little and now it's warmer it's even less but still noticeable I was just hopping this could be my free fix but o well will it just quick working one or just keep getting worse till I can't stand it anymore
