going to mod my LBZ pump this week and drill out the rail fitting nipple doohickies, and bypass the oem filter. was just wondering if any of you guys drilled out the cp3 outlet fitting, if it needed it? the bag o parts kits i have seen has a fitting included with bigger I.d.
i am stumped on why this thing is losing so much more rail pressure than others with 500HP. i went to the strip on friday night and rail dropped to 17880 or so during 2-3 shift and just before 4-5.

may as well save your money and go for dual fuelers, used sets can be found for around $1500. IIRC a modded pump from II or WD is about the same price.

it's in the works once Volker gets his parts available again, but for right now i am modding this and doing the dual feed line to see if i see some improvements, i have heard of 2k psi increase depending on tuning so i am optimistic. also i would need to disconnect my 2nd cp3 when i pull locally. I have the original cp3 sitting here, also getting modded, awaiting that day though.

 Sorry fellas, just saw this thread! Looks like you guys covered the bases on the mods pretty well! As said, be very careful so you dont ruin any parts, very precice stuff and needs to be handled carefully;) And cant stress the word CLEANLYNESS <-------- make sure of that!
