It is so hard to read your posts with that avatar distracting me. haha
Nice. Well it looks a lot simpler to me. Are you having any electrical problems from the wires being different lengths than stock? Someone told me that the length of the wire has something to do with how it has to be fused. Any truth to that?

I was mostly worried about shielded wire that people have talked about? I have had zero glitches since we did this?

Most of the wires are shorter now, we run thru a gromet on the fire wall and direct to everything

Miller works, should I pm my adress?

Hell no. Because you did it in a race truck with no airbags, radio, transfer case module, power seats, HVAC, factory cluster, and about 100 other things that were discarded. Not to mention your truck is a 2001-2002; 2003+ is completely different electrical system.

Give me a break simon. His swap is going to be about twice as much wiring and twice as much work as yours. You didnt even do yours all yourself. You had more knowledgeable people holding your hand through it.

"only took 18 hours". I appreciate you trying to discredit my original statement of how much work it is, and try to downplay the project, but come back to me with a better figure when you do a complete 2003+ street truck. Then tell me how long it took you.

where are you going to put the bose subwoofer and rear HVAC ducting......?

The truck didn't have a sub and I put the rear HVAC ducting in the corner with the rest of the AC stuff.:roflmao:

I'm not arguing Ben, I'd never do it on a daily driver. If you are doing it on a puller, the 01-02 was not bad at all to do what we did. We had good help in building some of the extensions, but quite a bit of it stayed as factory and actually reached where we put it (barely) once you pull it back through the firewall. Airbags, radio, power seats, t-case, etc all work as factory. You really wouldn't know until you go to put something in the console and the ECM/TCM are in your way.

Ive made plenty of GM truck custom chassis/body wiring harnesses (a lot more than you, you've always got someone holding your hand) to have a good idea of what is involved in a project like this.

Yup waaaaay fasta

Where's my beer?

I dont owe you shit. You're probably drunk right now, you dont need any more alcohol.

I posted a pic of the fuse box ditched and under the dash. I'm sorry that this bothers you? You never said to me or the OP that we couldn't have a helping hand?

I've changed my mind, I would prefer Bud light please ship promptly as I'm starting to sober up:D
