Here is a kit, that comes with the connectors and a winch mount for a 2" reciever.

I believe these kits leave you needing only the wire. You can find connectors with wire for 50 to 80 bucks, or you can do as I did and buy the wire in feet from napa. I believe you would get a better price online though.
