I have only hear through rumor , i have never asked Brad , I know he went 9's on it at one time , what he has now ................... you got a secret Rob ? :D

I was just at his shop and I can't recall what he said he was using now. He did say he hasn't changed the tuning much at all for quite sometime now-makes it easier to dial it in I suppose!!

Twin kit retails for 13,500 Nick

That's what PPE's big twin kit retails for? WOW, it better be a good one.

I think Brad is using EFI live now, in Dirty Max.

This is a very nice truck, it will be interesting to know what the drive pressure is with this setup, and he is not going to make that kind of HP with his boost set at 60psi. I also hope the innercooler is reinforced in the corners, because I don't know of one that is currently on the after market that will hold 100psi for very long without bulging and cracking open.

Also, would love to get a performance report on the tranny after a few month of driving it like it was rented. He's has a bunch of bucks in that truck for sure.

I know some guys that rode in this truck after it was built. I heard it limped a suncoast stage v when they first ran it.

So Cal.
are you serious? WOW i would never spend 13k on a set of twins

Guys the price for the PPE Twin turbo system is in the $13,000 range, But it not just a twin turbo kit... It includes Dual Garrett Ball bearing water-cooled turbos, Tial water-cooled Wastgate, High flow exhaust manifold and stainless up pipes, Intercooler(custom), all hot and cold pipes (stainless and aluminum) 3" intake bridge, and a 3 point (triangulated) bracket, hardware and silicon houses needed (I mean Everything!) This is just about the same kit that took Diesel power challenge for 2010, We will see how it does this year with a bunch of changes to the truck/engine.

Especially for those ones they are not very visually appealing

What is not so "visually appealing" about them?

Is this the one everyone is talking about because it looks awsome to me. http://www.dieselpowermag.com/features/chevy/1003dp_2009_gmc_sierra_2500_hd/photo_04.html

I'm with you..... :thumb:

$13K is sure a true cost for what it gives but that's out of many budgets speaking of alot of average guys who can't go that high. It is nice no doubt.

You got to have a hell of a motor to hold up to those turbos. There are only a handful of guys running that size setup and none of them are what I would consider street queens. That truck is a definite sleeper!:thumb:

I know of one that is nothing but a street truck:thumb:The engine is built to take it but apparently the oil cooler and water pump wasnt, but it is now:D
