Did LML def and complete EGR delete new radiator and Intercooler and still overheating

Yes I did a def delete first, 5” exhaust, H&s tuner. Ran and towed great.

Now I did radiator and Intercooler, new fan clutch, t-stats, water pump, hoses and full EGR delete. Now cooling issues

I would guess then that your fueling is off some. In your tune, if it has overheated enough times I would also suspect head gaskets. Someone else asked earlier about the bypass line for egr cooler, you did add one and not just block it off correct?

How is your upper rad hose after a hard run and its sat for a few hours? Rock hard or soft?

Everything pressure checks good now that I changed the water pump and fixed my oil leak.

I'd say look at your egr reroute hoses, something is off.

Also be prepared to swap your Mishimoto radiator out in about a year or less. Anyone looking to put a Mishimoto radiator in needs to search the forums. They are junk. But anyway hope you have your issues resolved for now.
