Did LML def and complete EGR delete new radiator and Intercooler and still overheating

I have a 2012 GMC 2500HD that is def deleted using an H&S tuner. I replaced the radiator and Intercooler with Mishimoto radiator and Intercooler. Since I have tried to tow my 2017 Grand Design 5th wheel and every time I get into overheating conditions. Before I did the complete EGR delete and radiator and Intercooler upgrades it towed without issues.
Could it be the tune I’m using from H&s is causing issues?

Do you have air in the cooling system? Not sure sure on the lml but the earlier trucks had a bleed port on top of the thermostat housing to help get all the air out.

Well I believes it’s still working very good just the cooling issue. Found a leaking water pump, and leaking crank seal. Once I get those fixed should be good to go

If you have been running the tuning for a while without issues and the issues have come up since removing the egr, then its not a software issue.

I agree, in doing the upgrades I have gone through three water pumps, all leaking. So took it to a shop to diagnose issues and they found the water pump leaking again and the crank seal leaking

still need to know what tune you are running (what level). if you are trying to run a larger tune, you are going to have issue no matter what. Also still need an answer on how you routed the coolant lines from the egr you removed.

H&S is known to have shit turning. they were the first to hack into the LML and tune, then sell tuning. Due to that, it was all rushed and crappy tuning.

I’m running a stock tune even when towing, should I run the towing tune when towing?

As for violent lines I can only provide pictures and truck is in shop now.
Could you provide me the proper routing when EGR is deleted?

The likelihood of a tune causing the engine to overheat is pretty slim.

What kind of waterpump are you buying that they all leak? I'm still on my original from 2008 pushing over 500rwhp since 2011. I'm starting to wonder if your HGs are blown.

Is it possible the tune is for a non egr deleted truck, then the tune may be causing it to run without enough or to much fuel?

That's kind of what I'm wondering as well.
