Diagnostics tools

I know I asked this before, but what are you guys with the shops running for a diagnostics tool? I want something I can use on about anything, I think I can recover a good part of the cost if I can hook up to anything out there (charge $50 for 15 minute diag on BMW/ Audis etc)

What my brother's shop has and he likes it, just not sure if there isn't something better out there. More than I want to spend but I guess that is the way it goes

Got the same one at work it's a great tool I'm sure there's better out there even from snapon but it all cost's money. I would say as long as your not trying to do much in the form of programing, then it's well worth the money.:thumb:

I would be happy to just reset tables. Looks like it is 4K plus 1K more for the Europe software package so not cheap. it would be worth it after a while I guess. 5K is a lot, but after about 100 hookups I guess it would pay for itself

Anyone know if this tool can reset all the TAPs like the tech II can?

and by taps I mean put it in fast relearn. And it seems that it can't

If I remember correctly the fast relearn option came out in bundle 12.2 so if its at least that software version it should be there.My Ultra has the 12.4 and its in that one....
