Delipping Pistons in block

Popping the pistons out and putting them back in the same hole with the same rings won't effect ring seal. The key is to clean all the carbon from the top of the bore before removing the pistons so you don't dmamge the rings during removal.

well if you have a small router handy git your self a nice carbide cutter with a pilot barring little WD-40 or the like you would be supprised how nice the aluminum cuts just make sure you have a good grip on the router and safety glasses
that if you wanted to do it redneck style :D

dont forget to tape up the holes to keep the shaving out

or you can just take it to Guy

Maybe if you cut them in the hole, all the extra piston material will rest on the upper part of the rings and help you seal up that pitting :D
