Going to try out the tuning tomorrow and see how that goes without switching the fan setup. What hard part issues could i have do you think? meaning all of my cooling system is new as of this year.

Also, i took it to Tennessee last week up in the mountains and watched my foot really respectfully pulling a loaded 25ft goose on vacation and it ran 1100 egt in overdrive on a good hill running 235* in the heat of the day at 106*. But when i left to come home at 5a.m the ambient temp was 56* outside and pulling the same hills the hottest it got was 204* with the steepest hill. When it wasnt too steep it was only 181* up until around 10AM when the heat started to come in

what is a "good hill"? i pull 24k gross on a true 600rwhp tune. in 113* heat pulling a 6% grade hill with oil cooler, fuel cooler, twins, ect i see 235-238* max. thats 4th gear pulling at 55-60mph. 106 to 113 is a huge difference in temp even though it dont seem like it. at 105* doing the same run/speed i damn near never see over 210-220 but remember, im on a smaller cooling stack than you. i have 30% LESS cooling area than you. i also need to get more air though my aux oil cooler. its not helping things when i see 270* oil temp at 238* coolant temp.
