Your tuning most likely widened the values that trip low rail pressure...

Lol I ran the rails completely dry there was nothing left it was cranking on air. Went to prime and it would not my cat filter on the motor was completely solid with wax.

Power supply 911 is your best friend in any climate at or below 32 it's worth is weight in gold to me. I used it back in 2009 in pa when it was -11 out and I got the poo93 low rail pressure code luckily advance auto parts was only a mile from my dorm and solveed that problem quickly

I didn't pump mine, keyed on for a few, let the AD push the rest of the air through.
