Good job Obama, hours after he fans the racial flames 5 police officers are killed and 6 more shot. Way to lead the country...

I cant believe the crapp he does and gets away free and clear, I hope the FOP makes a huge deal about it. Of course the media hasn't even mentioned his speach again. Keep playing the racial card democrates and look at what happens, they are going to push our country's progress back decades...

This is truely sad.... Those officers were just doing their job and now they are gone, families are broken and lives are ruined. What is going to happen to our country? Can we afford to have more of the policiles and behavior that our elected officials have perpetuated? What's next???

It's sickens me ..... I use to think cops Just had attitudes and weren't nice .( 17-20 year old me lol ) but now at 26 years of age I have friends and family who are cops and I understand the struggles it takes to do the job and what they deal with on a daily that would reflect anyone's personal attitude . The sad part is the generation that I'm in has no respect and everyone had a sense of entitlement without earning anything . The POS running the country doesn't help at all , he is a race baiter and just as bad as a lot of white politicians that have this whole white guilt thing going on which in my opinion is why these cops are dead now ( all to do with the blacks getting shot by cops the last week or so ). I personally have not had a child yet and it makes me wonder that if its bad now whats to come in 20 years ? My pop was a cop in Baltimore when the riots in 68 happened the difference back then was when you did something wrong like setting a building on fire or looting you got hurt or killed and that's what you deserve . Ending my rant stay locked and loaded and God bless texas !

With the government on all levels continuing to not find anything wrong, via internal investigations, with people directly emplyeed by the government.. and general lack of self accountability..
the common sense person knows that anyone that says they are 100% right 100% of the time are lieing.

law enforcement, especially in large metropolitan areas, have known questionable members yet protect them..

I've yet to advocate shooting cops. I have said. Following, if law enforcement doesn't clean its self up, we the people will and it will be a blanket affect... also there are plenty of people currently that need little reason to push them over the edge.

If the government doesn't clean itself up as a whole, WE the people will as well, and it will be a blanket affect, and reality of that is, law enforcement is first line of defense against a civil attack on the government.

While there are cops out there that genuinely put civilians above their personal safety.. there are just as many that have the mindset, if anyone is getting out of this its me, not who im supposed to "protect&serve" they are the ones making it more dangerous for the good cops and the good cops arent actively putting them in check.. and you cannot tell the difference between the two on the side of the road..
Generally, speaking most people have trust issues with people that make a living with lies, deception and entrapment, whether said actions be legal or not..

Police chief is a non elected law enforcement personnel that where brought in by elite of old to control the non elite,
Sheriff on the other had is an elected law enforcement personnel, setup and elected by we the people.

It is interesting to note i have seen more "questionable actions", and "conduct unbecoming of" being reported of PD than SD

Seams couple people actually sat down and planned the stuff out..

Old adage is still true..if you don't/can't/won't police yourselves, we will do it for you... and it will hurt alot worse..

we the people are pretty close to being feed up with the government institutionalized doubled standards

Cops are people just like the rest of us. MOST of them are good, I know some have a bad mindset and ego problems and shouldn't be cops but MOST of them are good. I deal with them more than I would like but all good experiences on my end. The shootings in the past few years by cops have gave them all a bad name. I wouldn't want to be a cop, I would not make a good one, lol. They have a tough job with split second decisions that involve life or death. Cops do not carry guns to protect you or me, they carry to protect themselves. Cops are good people, if you see one today tell them thank you for doing their job. Prayers for all involved in Dallas and also prayers for the people who have lost their lives at the hands of cops in the past and for all the families that have to move on with their lives now.

If "MOST" law enforcement was "GOOD" you wouldn't see people getting shot/beat/raped etc while cuffed, and Hillary would be in jail..
Recently a guy completely compliant, was shot in the back of a cruise while cuffed in Minnesota,

Problem is the "good" ones dont have enough spine to hold the balls of the 56 men that sign the declaration of Independence did 240 years ago. Most got finacial ruin and killed due to that including their families.

If it comes to civil war.. ANYTHING related/represents to current government will automatically become target of opportunity.. regardless if the individual is good/bad

Adam, how many cops are in America? How many do you read about/see in the news? Most are good. I stand by that. Yes, there are some bad ones. I get that.

I agree , that's like saying all blacks are bad people or all whites are racist , simply not true however the govt in this country is ruining our freedoms and doing its best to segregate us .

ANYONE that is criticizing law enforcement at this point in time is a f##king retard. Any idiot knows there are bad apples in every bunch. Nobody rant raves about all the bad truck drivers when some idiot falls asleep behind the wheel and kills a family. We need to start lumping idiots together with idiots not with others that happen to share the same profession.

The fact is there's plenty of blame to go around about this. I feel more of it falls on the media for their betrayal of these incidents. It's pretty clear they have the agenda when officer-involved shooting stories are ran.

Agreed! And don't forget , the media only shows you whatever makes the cops look bad and the bad guys look like the victim .. Point in case mike brown .. So every one on the block had a cell phone camera but no one has a video of the dispute between him and the cop?? Bullshit if they release that footage it would show that he was at fault and causing rukus with the cops !

According to dept of labour about 1,000,000 in law enforcement postion including prison gaurds.and reserve

Just like terrorist only have to get it right once

A cop only has to make one bad choice and not be held accountable and you have social chaos.
Yeah the bad choices suck, the worse part is everyone knows its a bad choice, and the law enforcement goes on record and says no it wasnt a bad choice and it was a good choice, and we dont need to improve anything. And heres a shit ton of money for victims of said bad choices

Id much rather see the PD/SD clean house of all sub standard officers, than pissed off people taking/setting up ambushes and shooting anyone with a badge.. but reality is PD/SD will make some reason not to clean up their depts say they are doing NOTHING wrong.. which will sow discord and increase tension

You're absolutely right, John, there are bad apples, problem is they are protected and public is lied to that they exist.. and nothing happens

I get what your saying Adam. There are some bad cops. There is un-accountability everywhere, not just in law enforcement. How many times have you been pulled over by a cop while driving? How many times have you been raped/shot/handcuffed? I would guess none.

I got pulled last week hauling a tractor. I had my concealed carry permit out and license when the officer got to the truck window and told him I was armed. He said "it's about time somebody is carrying, people get their permit and don't carry." He said the reason I pulled you is you have no trailer tags. I said yes I do they are under the ramp on the drivers side, he said let me check again. He looked, walked back to the truck and admitted his mistake. Did I ever think I was gonna be handcuffed/raped/shot in this whole process? Not once. It was a good experience for our kids to show cops aren't all bad people. He never ask to see my gun, he gave my kids a sticker and talked tractors for a little bit and said he was holding me up from where I was going and have a good day. I have no fear of cops. I don't do anything to think I will be shot by a cop.

I understand to a point but these guys were making trouble in the first place. Ultimately their own decisions lead to the outcome. Should they have been killed? No.

I'd like to ride up in the protests, give the cocksuckers 10 min to disperse or wipe the mother****ers out, bet the next time people would keep calm about it.

Shit like this didn't happen Til some chickenshit decided it's ok for people to **** with other people and destroy shit over what one person does that has absolutely no involvement with the person or people shot/hurt/killed.
people are awfully weak minded and lifeless to every issue that has nothing to do with them take up so much of they're energy and effort for nothing, I think it's all horseshit.

I respectfully agree with Malibu795. First off I live in the Dallas Tx area and work here as well day in day out . While I don't condone the violence on the officers I can see and understand how and why it is happening , I firmly believe we have not seen the end of it but instead the beginning of it . The media reports what is there, in today's day and age of cell phones we are seeing what has been going on for years and years. What can they say now ? Believe me not your lieing eyes! People are fed up and while many take to non violent protests etc there are many out that don't think it works and in there mind set will fight fire with fire . Those of you that disagree with Malibu795 I have a simple question for you, are you a minority ? Have you had to deal with racism personally ? I have a good personal friend that's retired after 25 yrs on the force . He had to deal with the racism an differences in treatment within the force. It's everywhere. Walk a mile in a minority's shoes then tell us what you think . Yes people are tiired of hearing about racism , try living it . I pray for those officers slain and pray for those injured . Things have to change , I believe we are in a back slide loosing ground on the advances we had previously made for equal justice and equality for all . If our government doesn't do a better job of policing themselves there will be many that will try to do it for them .
