Sweet man. So you didn't CNC it then. I couldn't tell in your pic what kind of mill you were on?

No I did it on a manual mill. Took all the dimensions from my block with some calipers and made a drawing and then used the DRO on the mill to dial it in...
I couldn't find a drawing on line any where for the block deck dimensions so I had to create my own. Worked out OK.:thumb:

Here is the mill, just a 9" x 49" JET variable speed with a Newall X- Y DRO.

That's awesome man. Good work there. I'm spoiled with CNCs lol. Cranking the handles is definitely trickier is a lot of aspects.

Thanks Mitch, look back at post # 12. I was asked earlier in this thread the same question, Let's just say I stole this stuff :roflmao::roflmao: I got about 90K of equipment and tooling, machines for around 6K
