Truck is stock except a 6" lift... These CV's look flat enough for pulling or you look for flatter. Sitting on bumpstops now, might have to pull those to drop it any farther.

Have you backed the bolts out all the way? The tie rod angle is what I am more worried about, they need to be level with the ground.

Not all the way out yet, but the control arm is already sittin on the bumpstop. Think it's worth it to get those angles even flatter??

Remove the bumpstops Wes. i agree with chad the tie rod angle is a little steep. can the tie rod be flipped more a more straight angle?

The tie rods are already flipped, that's the way you have to do them on RCD lifts. And you need to get them completely flat, or it might end up needing a trailer for the ride home. I wouldn't take any chances Wes, get em as flat as possible.

Pretty sure the outer tie rod is already on the top, not sure about the inner tie rod though. They are reversible?? Didn't look that close at it.....

edit: just saw you post.

Thats not flat, thats about the angle I had mine when they were cranked all the way:eek:

Figured as much, just didn't know how much a lifted truck differed from one that isn't. Justin said his bars were pretty much cranked all the way. Seems like theres room for them to be dropped if the bumpstops pulled.

Ya we will crank them as much as we can. I don't need to break anything this weekend haha.

Hey we got work to do on your truck! Where you at man? I tried texting. The blocks are built and I am working on the spring clamps today but I need help as I have not even had a chance to touch my truck for the pull yet lol.
