The shop truck is officially entering a new phase in its transformation. The interior is completely done, but the exterior has been lacking for quite some time. I have had a really nice short bed sitting out back for almost 2 years now (since before I even owned the truck) and today we made a big step toward getting it on the truck. I plan to build a 4 link setup in the rear and doing coilovers on all 4 corners, but for the time being, this will have to do. I have another frame I will be using to build the 4 link. We were about 4 hours into it the conversion. We had one side completely welded and ran out of wire in the welder part way through the other side. Hopefully I will be able to finish it tomorrow. I will be losing some of my help though. Pictures aren't wanting to upload from the phone. I'll have to upload them from the computer later

Please excuse the mess. I wasn't taking much time to clean up as I went. I still have a few things to finish up, but the bed is on.

Not sure if you have another thread on it but what is being done to the motor.

I won't be doing anything else to the motor unless it breaks. It already has twins, dual cp3, and 45% over injectors.

Sounds like a really fun street truck setup probably runs mid 11's or better with street tires at that weight and drive it everyday looks good Josh :thumb:

Yeah, but there's a pretty strict approval process. The first disqualifier is if the person is an Aggie... :poke:

That's fine, I will settle for the van. It might be a little faster anyway. :roflmao: Nobody in history has ever been denied a van rental. I will even clean out your free candy signs...:thumb:
