My buddy had a 6.4 with the 345 Spartan tune and it ate the trans. Then he built the trans and Spartan can only tune it if you buy one of there tuned ecm's for $800. So he traded it in and bought a Lbz. Another friend has h&s with kem tunes. Truck runs great but has never seen a 12 second pass and now the trans is toast. So 10's on stock trans doubtful.

We have broke 3 trans on the 6.4 from river city diesels 311 tune...it did last for a couple of months though!

I know I'm not replacing front end parts everytime I pull into a gravel driveway...not having to watch for pump rub or worried about it spitting rods out...weird :baby:

Just asking, but did you hate your dmax that much??

And ill vouch for Spartan on the 6.4, its tried and true with nasty numbers! Make sure you let your ford trans learn like the Allison when you change tunes.

I think he hated the fact that you can get more hp out of stock bottom end dodge and 6.4 than you can out of a Dmax. And obviously the Crap front ifs front end.

But then again... It's Tony. He bitches about everything. haha
