CT emissions Help

I brought my truck threw emissions about a week ago and it failed the opacity was at 57 and I was allowed 40. My truck has a set of 20% over nozzles and an airdog 165 pump which i guess could be the problem but with no tuner or programmer in the truck when I went threw the emissions test I was confused what to do to get it to pass... when they tested it they did the braaap test I guess where it hits a certain rpm and it uses a camera to measure density?

also I put a motor in the truck recently and it runs beautiful I just cant pass the emission test

my question is is there anything I can do to get the truck threw without doing anything super drastic Im just at a loss with this just having put a new motor in it has me frustrated that it failed

Get someone to tune it with efi live. There are several things you can do to clean it up. Especially with the way you describe the test.

moonshine tuning and throw the kitty back on. Put a test pipe in to make it easy to install every yr.

Get it tuned for your setup and you should be good, mine past no problem without a cat.

Lemme Know, I have an emissions tune that will beat them at their own game, including the "BRAAP" test.

I also have just the place to take it to that "looks the other way" on missing items that may have fell off the truck at some point.
