LB7: CS EDGE RACE EVO EGT probe question

Just ordered an edge cs race for my truck and it doesnt come with an egt probe. Will the normal egt probe not work with this? Do I have to buy the EAS probe?

Just talked to edge. They have an interface cable thats needed. Kind of disappointing they dont even come with the programmer.
