Crank but no start

I have an 08 regular cab 3500 that completely died on me on the highway and now all it does is crank but won’t turn over can anyone help me out with this ?

Not sure how cold it is where you live, But I had an issue a couple winters ago where my truck started and got a couple miles from home before dying. Turned out the fuel filter was gelled up.

it gave me codes P0193 and P0183 i fixed those codes and still nothing

Mine has the fuel filter delete do you think it could still happen with it ?
