I'm new to the forum and have been doing some research on doing the cp3 conversion on my lml. My question is that I need to keep my egr for my state inspection where I live. So is any way that I can still do a cp3 conversion and keep my egr.

I would steer clear of industrial injection, a lot of people have had bad experiences. S&S makes a kit that allows you to keep EGR and has a "recurved" cp3 that doesn't require any tuning adjustments, not sure if you're in cali but it is also CARB certified. If you are tuning, I believe they also have a kit that has a normal CP3 but still allows for EGR. The other option is to call wehrli, Im not 100% but I believe they may be able to do something with their kit to allow for EGR present.

SoCal Diesel sells a kit that is CARB legal and doesn't require tuning. You can leave all your emissions intact with this conversion like you are looking for.

I would steer clear of the wherli kit. The one I installed had fitment issues. And they were absolutely no help in resolving them.
