Coolant ports

Next questions:

What thread size is the temp sensor by the Tstats? I think its 3/8-18, not metric.

Also, would it be possible to run a T off that port with the sensor on one side and a switch off the other, or would that not work because its out of the actual coolant flow?

The ECT sensor is NPT, but you wouldn't want to tee it away from flow.
