Converting from Leather to Cloth

Wonder if the headliners can be made black - these light colored headliners are a dirt magnet.

That color was not available in cloth from the factory. If you don't mind me asking, why do you want to change?

I figure I'd have to go to a darker cloth, but I don't think it would look too bad.
I've had a 2003 Silverado, 2006 Silverado and 2005 Yukon, all with cloth and I just prefer the look and feel of the seat. For some reason I don't like looking into the truck and seeing a shine. Call me crazy, just not crazy about the leather.
I'd like to find someone to trade front seat covers and swap the rear seat. I don't want to buy any cloth seats, because mine are full power and heated on both sides.

What about some aftermarket seat covers. Not slip on, but the kind that you remove the upholstery and replace it with something different. There are several companies that offer stuff like that. Maybe a nice suede leather or something?
