Low rail code 1093. Could be a multitude of reasons why. Fprv leaking , restrictive fuel filter, kink in fuel lines, bad injector, bad lift pump, bad cp3, yada yada. I see you also have an injector code there. I forgot to read your sig while I am typing this and cant remember if you are running lb7 or lly? If uts an lly I would start with checking injector harness and verify it is not rubbed thru on alluminum bracket on passenger side by altenater. Next perform ice pick fix on injectors #2 and #7. The harness was stretched super tight on these models and this may help. You really need a scan tool that you can monitor injector function balance rates and being able to turn injectors on / off. Also need to be able to monitor fuel and ramp up psi / kpa. Good luck to you anyone who is familiar with a dmax should be able to help you out.
Figures its an lb7 just went back and read your sig. Scrap the injector harness procedure. Still need to monitor / test fuel rail psi and injector function. It looks like you have a restrictive or rusted out suction on your suction side of fuel sender assembly. Judging by all the codes.
193 high rail voltage
1800 ficm
463 tank level sensor
1093 low rail psi.
That would be my guess from 1000 miles away
