Who all makes billet shafts . Are some stronger .
I have a suncoast billet input .
If you are breaking billet allison parts then you have much more serious transmission issues that need to be addressed. We need to fix the root cause of the issue. And its NOT sheer overpowering of the parts!! Probably 95% of allison hard parts (billet or stock) are broken during borked shifts under huge power. Dodge guys are running as much and more power through their billet input shafts (which are about half the size of an allison input) and they arent breaking them. With the current tools and abilities at our disposal, its almost impossible to make a clutch to cluitch transmission live through a low 10 second pass in a 7000lb truck.
But if anyone can figure it out, it will be Mike
