Well we figured out part of the problem with Max'D Out besides the TC. The torque converter could have been a result of the 2 1/2" holes in the intercooler. We ballooned the end tank on the Spearco intercooler and broke the welds on 2 of the cross bolts. Needless to say the pressure testing attempt didn't get very far. It now has 8 bolts instead of the 6 it had before. I was surprised to see it break on the cold side of the IC but the end tank is bigger and had one less cross bolt.
