True. I personally will run 625's and o ring block next time I pull motor out of my truck.

Seem like alot more things involved to run 14mm heads studs. You have to get your block machines to accept 14mm head studs and special head gaskets and get your heads machined out. Do it all over again if you have to replace one of them things.

DDP ran 19:1 in a 2.5 class...
I'd also spend little more time making sure bottom end was solid.
Compression=HP and increased turbo response

I've heard rumors of someone building a 20:1 dmax.. I've thought about it and putting it in my tow pig.

Any info on what HP the 19:1 unit made vs. similiar setups with standard or lower than standard compression ratios?
