It really all depends on how your turbos are set up and how quick you want them to light. The HP will be driving your LP obviously and the tighter the exhaust housing on your HP is the quicker you'll be able to spool but then with that quicker spool you'll also have higher drive pressures so you'll want to gate it and dump into your transfer that spools your LP turbo.
It comes down to turbo selection and if you want a tight or loose housing based on what your needs are. And with a looser housing it would be good to be paired with a higher stall converter that way your not constantly falling off your charger.
