im not sure on the brand of paint but it was all that i could i get. Take apart mirrors, sand w/ 80, sand w/ 180, sand with 400, clean thoroughly, 3 coats adhesion promoter, 3 coats paint, 2 coats clear.

TX of course
Looks good I painted my GMC black I wasn't sure that I would like white, but it looks pretty good on your truck. I'm not sold on painting mirrors yet. More then anything I don't think its going to hold up and I'll have to redo it every few years.

I'd like to paint mine but this is my concern as well. My stock black ones are already rock chipped like you wouldn't believe!!

to what extent did you dissamble the mirrors. there is a piece that pops out between the 2 arms where the mirror meets the mount, how did you address this?

Truck looks good! definitely clear your head lights will make your front end look alot cleaner. how do you like your 285/55r22's i think that will be the next size i buy when my toyos go tits up. what did you have to do to clear them besides lift your bumper? any rubbing?

I really like the size. I wish there were more options in that size though. mud tires would be nice.

8 turns up(level) on torsion bars. massage back of fender a little bit. cut a very small corner of the front bumper

They only rub on the sway bar now at full lock, but i cant do anything bout that.
