It was in the 20s here today. I think the high was 26 or something. Yesterday was brutal with a high in the low 20s and 30 MPH winds made for wind chills in the negatives. I absolutely HATE cold weather. I'd much rather work in 100+ than below freezing. I just feel miserable when I'm cold, but I don't mind sweating. I can take a 15 minute break and drink some water in the shade, and I'm ready to go for a while again. With the cold it isn't like that.

I'm with you Josh, I can handle the 100+ temps but this cold shit sucks! I guess I'm just not built for it!

This morning it was 7 or 8, depending what you watched, and the wind chill was -12! In all of my almost 32 years I've never been in such cold weather!

I guess most of us that grew up and live in the north are just used to it. I can handle -40 but still not a big fan of when the wind picks up when its that cold out. Just bundle up and don't be a p***y. Haha.
I can't handle the extreme heat though. When I visit family in Australia I am pretty much useless from the extreme heat. So like I said, I guess it depends on what you are used to.

Hell, I live in upstate NY and it was -26 here the other day. In the summer we hit the 90's pretty regularly, and believe it or not it's pretty humid in the summer, hazy heat.

So what's that a 116 degree spread, it's no wonder we can't keep a road in one piece for more than 3 years!

I like the seasons, takes about a month to get used to heat or cold but you will see Ny'ers walking around in shorts and tees in the spring at about 40 degrees. It feels warm to us!
