People post their crap on youtube for the world to see eventually the people that shouldn't see it will see it and down comes the hammer. They might think it's funny but you will not win against the EPA when you stick evidence in their faces. It will make things harder and harder on others like gun laws when dumb people do crap!
Exactly. The only thing i thought while watching this video was, Well crap now its gonna get even stricter.

Hmmmm, rolling coal, need to take a look at all the EPA violations that do not roll coal as seen on just about every truck including mine on this and two other sites. The EPA does not need to only "see" the smoke just peruse and read the diesel sites and count what has been removed for emissions equipment and brag about it our signatures...not so clean after all are we?

What just bugs the crap out of me is the Prius drivers are clean coal rollers, they forget where the electricity comes from, coal fired plants. Then the cost of the manufacturing of the battery (more coal fired electricity) then disposal of some extremely toxic batteries and this is what you call green...
And that's why I love my emissions free 02
don't fool yourself, you are still in tier 2 I believe, just because you don't have a cat or egr doesn't mean your truck has no emissions requirements. you still have to be within NOx and particulate matter specification. this bs started back in like '95 or '96 when mechanical engines started going electronic.

damn, couldn't have said it better myself. people don't realize that even the most "economical" cars are destroying our atmosphere as well, and worse in some ways. they just like to come after us because its pollution that can be seen by the naked eye, so it has to be the most horrible thing on earth
Brand new City of Phoenix solid waste garbage truck, not sure of tier level for emissions, the stainless enclosure is about 30" wide x 36" tall x 40" deep with a DEF tank below it. I asked the driver a little about, clueless to say the least other than the City is considering switching to natural gas for the trucks. He told me they would have to change the motors, at that point I had not much more to say after that statement.......
