P1094-Fuel Rail Pressure Low During Idle or Decel Fuel Cut-Off (DFCO)
B3770-(HVAC)Air Flow Control 6 Feedback Circuit
V1000-????
B0229-(HVAC)Recirculate Position Feedback Circuit Range/Performance

Hopefully someone can help you out, as far as the P1094, check filter, or have Rob look at your tune. The HVAC ones I'm not sure...

B0229-As stated above is the recirculation door actuator for your HVAC system. I am guessing that this will close when the AC is ON, recirculating the inside air. The recirculation actuator is on the right side of the heater assembly, on the left side of the right hand box. The screws go in from left to right.
B3770-Is for the same system HVAC. The manual says it is the mode actuator. I am guessing the mode actuator is for choosing between AC, Heat, Defrost, etc. It is located on the left side of the heater assembly under the dash closest to the driver. If you have a center console this must also be removed to access the actuator.
These codes set because the HVAC door actuators are not acting as the system expects. The DTC will clear after 100 fault free ignition cycles, or you can clear it with EFI. My guess is that you will need a TECH II to perform the actual testing-diagnosis of the problem. Without the TECH II, you can look for the following on the air control systems
Diagnostic Aids (from the manual):
If the DTC sets follwoing a calibration of the door actuator, inspect the door and the actuator for the following conditions:
-A misaligned actuator
-Broken linkages or binding linkages
-A broken door or a binding door
-An obstruction that prevents the door from operating within the full range of motion
-Missing seals on the door
-Poor connections at the harness connector of the door actuator

I just looked in my '03 Shop Manual, and there is no VXXXX DTC listed. Must be something after 2003.

Hope this helps.

My old truck and this one both set those HVAC codes everytime it gets hooked up. No idea why, everything works.

Those are wierd codes, not from the ecm tune, except the P1094. P1094 is not something that is changed in the tuning I supply.

My recommendation is to clear them and see if any return.

Well 1094 is a small fuel leak... Have you ever looked under your truck to see if theres fuel beneath it?
When does this code set? WOT, startup, or cruisin?
1093 would most likely be the FPRV... The only other "common" fuel leak in these truck that I know of is sometimes the fuel filter housing cracks probably from overtorqueing the filter. That would be my guess on a small leak

EDIT: is the the fuel filter pre FICM or post? If its pre I don't think any leak could be detected in at the filter housing, so Im thinking thats not the leak, anybody?

I actually have checked it for leaks and there's nothing under there although I cleared the codes last night then scanned later and thy were back. But today I scannd about 10 minutes ago and only had the HVAC codes which I'm not worried about...have to give it. Day and see

Thanks for the link. So after starting the truck the P1094 code is gone however I will be posting my log of actual vs desired rail pressure at idle just to get any feedback that may help

Tony, just log the standard duramax imperial list. If you have too many or too few PIDs selected you can get that error message.
