When? Give him a few to respond. I think he may be on vacation right now. I am also waiting for some emails back as I need to get my autocal set up so I can stop relying on a buddy to flash my tunes.
The code is set when the intake air temp sensor is reading less than -39°C (-38°F) for more than 2 seconds.
That in conjunction with your maf code could indicate the maf sensor itself is bad because they are both housed in the maf sensor. It could also indicate rubbed wires and things like that. You need to do some trouble shooting. Could be a tune issue as well, but you wont know untill zach double checks the tune.

Have you sent him any data logs? If it happened since the tuning then its obviously a tuning issue and can more than likely be fixed.
Then you need to send him data logs of what is happening so he can go through it.
