Code P0000 PCM,TCM????

Every time I flash, I get 2 codes that can't be erased- P0000 ECM & P0000TCM.
WTF are they for? Why can't I erase them?
MY OS is 12616698 and I am using EFI version 7.5.

I've gotten those before but was setting an egr code at the same time, fixed the reason i was getting the egr code and the others went away. Is it everytime you flash the same tune or have you tried others?

All tunes.

No check engine light. But...

I am also getting an MAF code P0101 every once in awhile-usually when I downshift to 5th before climbing a hill. Not sure why that is either. With different tunes as well.

I'm going to reflash with stock and see what happens.

I always assumed the P0000 codes were like the gas engine code which meant no more than the computer had not done all it's internal checks. In other words, the battery has been disconnected or a new tune had been flashed in and the vehicle had not been driven yet to do the checks. Once driven for a few miles they are gone, but I have also had them. Usually show up when I pick up another dtc that caused reduced power.

They always go away after driving a bit, and don't set an engine light.
