I replaced both batteries a few days ago and the clock disappeared on me. I can go to the clock menu but when I try to change the time it does nothing. All other functions work on the display. I tried disconnecting both batteries, still nothing. Any ideas? (Clock is in top right corner)

My 08 does that when i disconnect their batteries. It always comes back on it’s own. Don’t really remember how long it takes.

Ok this is some kind of anomaly with these radios when equipped with nav. So I’ll try to be clear on how to reset it.

Once radio comes on select ok to clear caution menu. Then press the hard menu button on the right side of the radio. On next screen hit the display button. Once on the next screen press and hold in lower left corner of the touch screen for about 5-10 sec. There’s no physical button or graphic there. The next screen should pop up and say enter pin. Here type in 660. If that doesn’t work these other numbers should work 295660, 3657, 9448, 1791, 1765, 1756, 3366, 296645. When you do get to next page it’ll be displayed as screen diagnostic. Select next page icon. At next screen hit set time. Then set the time and date and hit the back button at top corner. After doing this shut vehicle off for at least 5 minutes with RAP disabled too. Hope it helps for any future times as well

RAP = Retained Accessory Power. Some things stay powered up for a certain amount of time after ignition off.
