will this work to smoke out the amber lenses inside the headlights or can i buy headlights with just smoked ambers in it

They weren't. Molded in mine. Just make sure you put an amber bulb back in for legality.

The blinker lenses werent molded to the clear lens? You truck is a chevrolet right?

Yours is a body style newer than mine, that must be the difference because i assure you after 6 beers and lots of cussing my blinkers are still orange and no amount of prying was going to get them off:roflmao:

Whatever yall do do not buy bottom turn signal/parking lights from "streettune" on ebay. They are cheap! They do look cool though but I will be finding a different manufacturer for sure. I haven't even had the lights a month and they are full of condensation and the "chrome" inside them is turning black. Contacted the company, got no response. When i left them negative feedback they emailed me right away and promised to send me a form to get new lights. that was 2 weeks ago and I have yet to hear back from them.

I think im going to go with the black background lights but im reluctant because i dont want to go to the trouble of running a hose from the heater box into the lights just to keep condensation out.
