you take a heat gun and seperate the housings.silicone holds the housing together. i read its a pain in the buttox ,but it looks really nice
Exactly what I'm looking for, do you happen to remember who you got the turn signals from and how much they cost?
i did one of my headlights only cuz its broken on the backside and its a pain to take apart not really worth the trouble if u ask me but doable if u really want it
Wow. You thought they were hard to do? I don't think it's bad at all. Although I have done about 10 or so sets.

Did you just take the headlight apart and remove the orange piece? Also where did you get your hood and how much did you have to give for it?
Yes. I baked the headlines in the oven for a bit to help soften the adhesive then split the lights apart, removed the amber lens and re siliconed them

How did you get the amber part out?!?!? Ive baked and split the lights but the amber part will not come out of the signal. help please
Once I had the lights kinda pryed open, I grabbed the amber w/ a needle nose pliers to take it out

Coould it be possible that its different on the chevy? The amber part looks like its molded to the lens.
The turn signals are molded in the plastic, but the headlights are not. The orange piece comes rights out of the headlights.
