Good lookin setup Chris. By looking at the second picture you could run a little faster if you hooked up the plug wires.
If you look closely, you can see the front drive mag, it'll fire that gap

It's got a buzzard catcher...Ralph and Spike Gorr set up the fuel system...Right now the tune up in it makes it virtually maintainance free...
It's gone 7.33 @ 185 and we think the 380 incher would probably go 7.0 if we pushed it...
Your engine has the spark plugs in a weird location, but I think it would dip into the 5's

We traded our pro-mod's rollin chassis for another Nova, turn key. Runs low 10's to high 9's, PG w/trans B, BBC on gas.....my previous fasteset 1/4 pass was in my Bu @ 12.46.....I took 1st honors in the nova and babyied the first run 12.36 to get a feel for the car and second pass, trans brake launched it on the chip...10.36! Ahhh, skipped the 11's all togather! Felt good but cakewalk! I had a good idea what it would feel like, it did just as thought! I want it to scare me some, i need a reason to put the chute and bars on it, like a big honkin turbo outta do the trick! I dig the fast car/small tire game! Skatein the 1/4 mile to an 8 somthin and black-trackin the whole way!
