In all serious...if the guy filed a complaint and submitted that video, is there anything that would come about? If anything, the cop should get a hand slap for being totally unprofessional to a driver who wasnt resisting/being a smart ass to the cop/etc...
He could file a complaint and it prolly wouldnt do any good.
The cop was a douche, however, it was a CHP and he didnt write a ticket so that actually doesn't make it that bad of a situation lol. Its like he did it and didnt write a ticket because his actions lol.
Also the dude was going 98, prolly will slow down now from the cops actions then if he just got a ticket...

I sometimes did some dumb driving in HS. I got pulled over once with a couple buddies. We were partying prior and out raising hell like typical teenage boys. Cop yelled at us and went off on us, then said get the hell out of here before I call your dads....I had no problem with it, actually it was more of a wake up than a ticket..IMO.
I don't think it would even be worth while giving a ticket, the German wouldn't have to pay it and why should he. I got a ticket for speeding in Italy twice and I never payed it and nothing ever happened (knock on wood) that was 7 and 8 years ago.

WTFWhen I got pulled over on the 85 freeway in Santa Clara somewhere, the cop was actually pretty cool. I was surprised....
To be honest, I'd rather have my ass chewed like that than get a ticket going that fast. I think he did him a favor.
