Just got a email from the seller stating they are out of stock and I need to cancel my order. I guess it was good wishful thinking

Welp, been 5 days since I placed the order. Got a message from the seller that it is out of stock and to cancel the order. Looks like this one is a dead end. Makes me wonder if someone was gauging interest to see if it was worth them making some rather then actually having done it already and having some ready to ship

China can certainly crank out boards like shit thru a goose, but I'll bet ya they ain't setting on a stack of those aluminum backplane assemblies.. Ever take a close look at one? Somebody, likely a human, had to weld every one of those 2 piece assemblies.
