Check engine light after stereo install

I've installed several pioneer units and never removed the cluster to run the mic wire. Anyway, it's probably bc you did that. You need to erase the code. Sometimes the trucks will throw them at random when messing with that stuff.

Bringing this back up, I have an 06 lbz, just had a pioneer stereo installed, touch screen, Bluetooth. I'm also getting a 650 code but when I get it my cruise light goes out check engine light which is already on goes out and the tach needle bounces around erratically. Any ideas? this started a week after the install so the stereo install may not be the cause. I do not have onstar, Bose or steering wheel controls.
