LB7: Cheap Hooker Build Thread

I have never tried 4th, I don't think I have enough ponies unless it was a really loose track.
i dont mean to thread jack but my build is similar to cheap hooker, so i figured id see if we both had the same problem.. my front end lifts alot also so i want to try and get the front end stops made. i dont run rear suspension stops but i am still competative, but i know there is more.

What kind of tire's are you running and what air pressure? Looks like you are not hooking up at all.
running Kelly safari tsr at 40lbs.. 285 75 16..
I don't hook gd but I still manage to win or get top 3.. The last video got me 5th in 2.6.. I usually run Ws... I've tried not fully getting into it and see if I get more traction and It wasn't gd.. Pulled 250'.. Then ran it hard and got 320..

Drop that front pressure considerably. Play with it a little and see what works best with your set up and track conditions but I would be about half of what you are running
Also have been playing with a friends ws truck and we found with his set up that actually letting the rear end have about two inches of play which rules are one inch of travel didn't pull his front end up so much which helped front end traction
Well good time to bump this up, got my HSP S400 install kit, bright yellow :thumb: and bought a used S400 frame custom billet 2.5" from a member on here gonna have to get around to installing it here before spring, also have lowering shackles going to change up the setup hoping that it will help with the lifting of the front and level of the truck. Also sold the H2s it pulled on this year going to probably go back to 16s or I have 17x9 Ion alloys in black sitting here. Still have the E Locker as well to install
I've got a set of practically new bfg all terrains I'd consider selling if you're interested...305/70r16
I suck at following up on threads lol. Anyways some new pics, I pulled all last season in a 2.8" class we call pro street. Trucks are making easy 1500 HP at the top of the class. Did very well but I am ready for either more power or a different project. Cannot decide which way to go.
