change thermostats?

I have my 06 duramax currently tore apart, was wondering if I should change the thermostats or if the stock ones are fine? If I should change them then which temp ones should I put in, thanks

Also I live in alask so Temps go from about 80 to -20 from summer to winter

I would put the Higher temp. Mishimoto's in. Duramax is a cold blooded mofo at anything below-20F
