It also isn't that air tight. But you should have used better heavier material then plywood to construct the door out off.

Yeah, we were just gonna put some war her stripping around it. It's not heated so we weren't to worried about it. We were thinking about doing the heavier wood but we didn't want it super heavy or anything like that lol we might redo the door with the heavier duty wood if the plywood doesn't turn out right. Thanks for the help guys I appreciate it.

The plywood isn't the problem here, it's the framing.

If you want to send me the length and height of the door, I'll make a cut list for you...and I'll include the front decorative pieces as well if that's the look you want

I was wondering when you would chime in Jason! Lol yeah I'll shoot you a pm when I get home about some of it and maybe a few other questions. I'm thinking were just gonna do what everyone else said and go with the 2x4s on it.
